EARN WITH ION
The global compensation plan has been engineered to quickly compensate you for introducing new people to our products and the business opportunity. The plan allows for you to create generous royalties for your continued hard work. ION pays Fast Start Bonuses, Unilevel Royalties with Dynamic Compression, Coded Royalties and Retail. We also recognize you for your efforts through our RETAIL RECOGNITION, STAR RECOGNITION, and ICONIC LEADERSHIP RECOGNITION.
Fast Start Bonus
As an Affiliate, you may earn a one-time commission from the first order from your personally sponsored affiliates that order packages. Each new person or company you enroll as an Affiliate is eligible for this program. This is dependent on the products and package that is chosen
6-Level Unilevel with Dynamic Compression
An affiliate will earn $1 per product on 6 dynamically compressed levels. Example: 10 people anywhere on levels 1 - 6 ordering 10 total products = $100 paid to you. You will earn this every time a customer reorders!
Retail
For each retail Customer, you will earn $7 per product that is added above wholesale pricing.
ION CODED ROYALTIES
ION Affiliates earn royalties on the entire organization gathering customers. You will be paid according to your coded achievement level. Coded ranks are permanent. Master earns base of $2 *per product* in their Master group (If an affiliate in your Master organization has 3 customers you will earn $6 in royalties). Icon earns base of $4, Legend earns $6, Pinnacle earns $8, and Infinity makes $10 to unlimited depth.
Affiliates will earn this on every reorder of product! Sign up a customer once and get paid royalties every time they reorder!
* All royalties paid based on sale of product.
* No more than 70% of customers from any one “leg” to reach the next code.
* Customer is defined as a product purchase. When an Affiliate is a Legend, they earn $6 per product. When they sponsor a new Affiliate on level one who is ordering 5 products per month, then they will earn $6 x 5, which is $30/month not including unilevel royalties which is $5. The total a Legend Affiliate will make is $35/month on 5 orders by one customer.
RECOGNITION:
RETAIL RECOGNITION- Every new retail customer adds a +1 to your recognition count
STAR RECOGNITION PROGRAM – Every new person you lead to becoming a MASTER you earn +1 STAR
ICONIC LEADERSHIP RECOGNITION – By building organizational “legs”, every new ICON in a organization (leg) you earn an additional title. 1 – Bronze, 2 – Silver, 3 – Gold, 4 – Platinum, 5 – Jade, 6 – Pearl, 7 – Emerald, 8 – Diamond, 9 – Royal Diamond, 10 – Imperial Diamond
HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLE: If you had 4,700 customers order 3 products per month in your Legend group to unlimited depth you would earn $84,600/month in coded royalties. If those 4,700 customers ordering 3 products per month are in your first 6 dynamically compressed levels then you would also earn $14,100/month in unilevel royalties for a total of $98,700/month. At 10% success that is $9,870/month*.
